Dear Prospective Exhibitors,

We're excited to invite you to be an exhibitor at the Harp In Worship Conference.  This event will be a totally virtual conference hosted by Whova, live July 1-4, 2021, and available to participants for ninety days following the conference.  We will have an exhibit “hall” to give attendees opportunities to visit exhibitors’ websites directly from the event app and take advantage of any special promotions offered.   

If you choose to join us you will be able to set up your own exhibitor page on our event digital platform, Whova.  By setting up the booth profile, you can better showcase your company and your products to attract more visitors to your booth.  When you become an exhibitor you will be able to:

• Link your exhibitor space to your website
• Upload video links or brochures about your products or companies
• Provide coupons, giveaways, raffles to generate more leads
  
  

If you are interested, the cost to become an exhibitor is $100.00 paid to Harp in Worship by May 20, 2021.    Below is a link to pay on-line, or, an address to mail a check to Anna Vorhes.  As an exhibitor, you will receive access to our attendees who will be listening to various concerts and workshops both live and for an additional 90 days.  They may want to purchase music that you offer.  You will also receive a list of leads that you may use for later contacts.  We will recognize your presence on our event platform and in references by speakers when they are discussing repertoire.
